Please read the following terms carefully before opening an account or using any service on this platform. This document sets out the basis of the agreement between 339 bet and each member.
General Terms
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of the 339 bet platform and all its services. By accessing this website, creating an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms.

All services provided on this platform are governed by the rules set out in this document. Account Registration
To use services on 339 bet, each user must open a personal account. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
2.1 One Account Rule
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, if multiple accounts are operated from the same device or IP address, or if account credentials are shared with others, 339 bet reserves the right to suspend or close all associated accounts.
2.2 Login Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. 339 bet will not be liable for any unauthorised transactions carried out by a third party. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
In the interest of safety and security, 339 bet may verify a user's identity at any time. In such cases, you may be asked to submit a national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests until verification is complete.
Age and Eligibility
Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on 339 bet. No one under the age of 21 may use this platform. By registering an account, the user confirms that they are at least 21 years of age.
Residents of regions where online betting or gaming is prohibited by applicable law are not eligible to use this platform. If false information about age or location is found, the account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Deposits and Payments
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 339 bet: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).
4.1 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳100. No deposit below this amount will be accepted. Deposits are generally processed automatically and reflected in the balance.
4.2 Source of Funds
The user confirms that the funds being deposited have a legitimate source and belong entirely to them. Depositing using a third party's payment account is not permitted.
Withdrawals and Cash Out
The same payment methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
5.1 Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 1 hour. Identity verification or additional security checks may cause some delay.
5.2 Withdrawal Conditions
Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal request can be made. If a withdrawal is requested without completing the wagering requirements, the bonus balance may be cancelled.
Bonuses and Promotions
339 bet offers a welcome bonus of 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
6.1 Bonus Example
As a practical example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000, and they must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000 before withdrawing.
6.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
- If bonus abuse is found or an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, the bonus and any winnings may be forfeited.
- 339 bet reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
6.3 VIP Cashback
VIP members receive cashback on their weekly net losses. Across five tiers from Bronze to Diamond, the cashback rate ranges from 0.2% to 1.2%. For example, a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.
Betting and Gaming Rules
All odds and payouts on 339 bet are determined automatically through computer systems. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
7.1 Cancellations and Refunds
If an event is cancelled or a result cannot be determined, the stake for that bet will be returned. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and a bet is placed at those odds, 339 bet reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel it.
7.2 Result Disputes
If a dispute arises over the result of a bet, 339 bet's decision will be considered final. Users may contact the support team via 24/7 live chat or email to resolve disputes.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
- Arbitrage betting or using systems to generate artificial profit.
- Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
- Using another user's account or selling an account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
Account Closure and Termination
Users may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Before requesting closure, please check for any active bonuses or ongoing bets, as these may be cancelled upon closure.
If any breach of these terms is found, 339 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. Any amount obtained illegally may be forfeited in such cases.

If an abnormal amount is won due to an error or unintentional bug in a game provider's software, that amount will not be considered valid and 339 bet will not be obligated to pay it.
